1. $75.00 for your by mail WRITTEN, PRINTED, or TYPED letter, as to what you may wish me to consider to help you accomplish, if God is willing for me to accept you as CASEWORK.  (MEANING a by mail CONSULTATION.)  I must be able to understand your writing.
2. $100.00 for me to call you to have Prayer and Consultation by PHONE.
3. $150.00 to have Prayer and READING by PHONE (TAKES 30 MINUTES to 1 HOUR). VERY THOROUGH!!!!!!! (Be sure and put your telephone number and the best times to reach you.)
4. $200.00 prayer and consultation by facetime or Skype.
   
5. $1500.00 For a DEFINITE, EXCLUSIVE, super PRIVATE face-to-face appointment with ME. (PRAYER & CONSULTATION " O N L Y ".) Send ONLY your printed and signed name, your correct phone number with area code and country code, where needed. I will contact you PERSONALLY so we can set a time MOST in season with the BOTH of us for you to come to the CHAPEL HOME in Phoenix, AZ.
6. $2500.00 if you desire an IN PERSON (FACE TO FACE) HOLY GHOST filled TRUTHFUL Tarot Card Reading.  (Send name and number where I can reach you to set up a time.) If more than one person shows up for this in person reading than all participants must have paid in advance!!!!!!!
   
7. God willing, I will teach by mail and phone for $25,000.00 & up depending on what you want to learn. Classes range from 14 to 16 months. After completion, you will receive a missionary certificate mounted on a plaque from the Universial Chapel of True and Believing Prayer (Some finish sooner). Classes by Facetime or in person. In person we do 1 to 7 persons only (Perfer individually).
