These are our Civil Servants and they have too much conflict of interest to be honest in our criminal justice system.

(Why does Lady Justice have a Blindfold??? She doesn't want people to see her sleeping!!!)

My first case is to address how I feel about an injustice done to me concerning the court, Honorable Clancy Jayne of the Desert Ridge Justice Court. This was concerning his take on a charge that was within his system, the Plantiff was Honorable Wino Lynn Wesp and Judicial officer Quentin Tolby. (I feel this was a conflict of interest to begin with. It was so racist and distastful) (I am not one to pull the racisim card) I was so outdone that I sent a copy of all this paperwork in 2013 to the Supreme Court Justicies (Washington DC), the Honorables Scalia, Kennedy, Thomas, Bader-Ginsburg, Breyer, Roberts, Alito, Sotomayor, Kagan, White-Berch, Huwitz, Scott-Bales, Pelander, Brutimel, these last names are also the five Honorable Supreme Court Justices of Arizona. It also includes the heads of higher organizations in our country, such as, Honorables Napolitano, Mueller, Turgal, Morell, Panetta, Brewer, Shineski, Flint (She, meaning Sandra Flint) who is now pending congressional investigation concerning the VA hospital of Arizona, Mc Hugh, The FBI Dept in Washington DC, The FBI Dept of Phoenix, Arizona, CIA Director, President Barrack Obama, and Michelle Obama.

No disrespect to any of the Honorable people, I would rather cry over the truth and be mistreated than to laugh over a lie!!!!!!!

Five Universal Truths That Is Acceptable By All People No Matter What Creed, Race, Color, Origin, Etc...

When you want a person to do something, all people want to be:

Treated with diginity and respect.

Asked rather than told.

Explained the reasons why.

Provided with options.

Given a second chance.

All people in all cultures want to be treated in this way!!!!!!

Honorable Jayne Clancy,

I am the morbidly obese colored woman (in the oversized scooter chair) that talked to you about your phone manners,(somewhere between January-Feburary 2014) it was at Most Honorable Counsel Lady Thelda Williams monthly breakfast and you were the guest speaker.

Subject: "Honorable" Jayne "Civil" Servant,hanging up in my face stating, "If I called again he would file harrassment charges on me"!!! All of this because of Honorable "Wino" using her police status (HOA person, working in the Desert Ridge Court area) Lynn Wesp, Honorable Clancy, and Quentin Tolby taking this unstable woman's statements, when she had unlawfully touched and hugged me, when I asked her on many occasions not to, and asked her for an apology about 3 or 4 times. You, her, and Honorable Quentin Tolby had nerve to bar me from the American Legion Club!!!!!!!! (My husband, Drill Sgt. Robert Lee Jennings, is rolling over in his grave, that I would be barred out of a military club (he was killed in action in Veitnam in 1969 at Hamburger Hill) yes Honorable Clancy Jayne, "I am "and" have been taking my med's!!!!!!!" Sir you/Mrs. Wino must not be taking yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a "Race" matter on Mrs. Wesp part, (She has caused the whole VA Hospital to be put under congressional investigation along with Bill Messer, who is over the education dept of the VA Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona)(Who told me how can you tell your brother, speaking of Honorable Wino Wesps Husband, how could I tell him that his wife is running people away and I assured Mr. Bill that you can not do what you did in the 20th century to people in the 21st century and that by the hands of God he would not enjoy his retirement money or live long enough to get more than 5 or 6 checks by the hands of God who says what he will do to Liars and Thieves. This new homeland security enforcement does not care who your mama is or how much money you have they are locking the whole group up. He could have fixed the situation, speaking of Mr. Bill) As I stated before, I am not one who pulls the race card often, because I came from a different and rare breed of Black people, even though I am 65 years old!!!!!!!

I have put this under politics on my website page, the "whole" packet of the letters I wrote to those that need to place you folks under congressional investigations on your funds, courts and the Vietnamn Veterans of America #432, funds and offices (The AVVA Alternate)

(Honorable Wino refused to let me help with the popcorn distribution to the Veterens at the Veterens Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. She stated I was to big, they didn't have the space for me to volunteer for this particular job.)

I am waiting for you Honorable Wino Lynn Wesp to apologize in writing and yours also Honorable Quentin Tolby, and Honorable Judge Clancy and (Please) Get my name out of that court!!!!!!!

I put the "Divine" Mirror between Wino (Honorable) Lynn, you and Honorable Quentin, whatever you folks have reflected in the divine mirror toward me, may God reflect it back to you folks, if you have reflected good, may good come back to you, if you folks have reflected evil may all the evils of the world be reflected back to you 50,000 fold over this next 10 year season and 3 generations after you by the hands of God, as promised to all liars and those who steal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(The conclusion of the 3 above cases, Attorney Booge and Attorney Dyer settled and returned my money and I did not use the copy of the will they had made out for me even though I had it. Mr. Sobel, we reached an agreement and are like 2 angels at heavens gate with Peter. Booge and Dyer told me to never come back to their establishment again, and yes the devestations are going on all across America, because of 2 same sex marriages (I do not normally get involved with matters of what God has to say about same se marriages, I apologize for this type of actions, but God used me as a watchman as I stated above, because this was in the High Courts when I wrote the Justices concerning Honorable Wino).

 (Copies of all the documents will be sent to Honorable Clancy Jayne) (Sorry most Honorable Clancy that I didn't get the letters to you before it appeared on my website)(Psalms 101)(These other copies will be sent to Honorable Bill Messer (Head of Education Department at the VA Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona), Encase the Ex VA Director (Sandra Flint, who may have not given him a copy over two years ago) for the Phoenix, Arizona VA Hospital. A copy will go to Council Lady Thelda Williams, considering that she is a good friend and has deep respect for Honorable Judge Clancy, and she has been very kind to me. I feel bad that she may not feel the same about me anymore, but I love and like her alot as a person. A copy will be sent to Sue Woody who holds either money or records for the Veitnam Veterans of America #432 to be shared with that group. 

Your hands are not clean enough for me to extend it to you at this point and time. "Anything that you don't put closure on will always come back when your least expecting it. You can take the truth, strap it in the electric chair, knock it in the head, or bury it in the ground, it will still comeback until the I's have been dotted and the T's crossed."
